What we cover

The Georgia Kings Skills Training Program focuses on the fundamentals of the game and includes:

BASKETBALL VERTICAL JUMP WORKOUT ( BAR BELL, JUMP SQUAT, HIGH BOX JUMP, ETC.)

BASKETBALL UPPER BODY & CORE WORKOUT (BENCH PRESS, LEG ROTATION, ETC.)

BASKETBALL EXPLOSIVE STRENGTH WORKOUT ( BOX CROSSOVER LUNGE, ETC.)

OVERALL COMPLETE MUSCLE DEVELOPMENT (DUMB BELL & MACHINE WORK, SPRINTS, ETC.)
